How to access LSAY data
Longitudinal Surveys of Australian Youth (LSAY) data are deposited with the Australian Social Science Data Archive (ASSDA) at the Australian National University in Canberra. Permission to use the data and access requirements are managed by ASSDA.
To access LSAY data via the ASSDA you must complete the access and undertaking forms. These are available on request from ASSDA by email at: assda@anu.edu.au
If you are not an ACSPRI member or affiliate, you may be eligible for funding to cover the cost of accessing LSAY datasets. For more information, please send an email to lsay@ncver.edu.au putting in the subject line: 'Funding for access to LSAY datasets', and stating the nature of your research and your contact details in the body of the text.
Alternatively, you may submit a specific data request to LSAY. See How to make a specific data request.
You may also request to be notified of recent LSAY releases, which include publications and data releases. This can be done by subscribing to LSAY alerts or to the LSAY news feed.
